Thread title: WTS: Surface Pro 2 128GB with Type Cover 2

Item Description: This is a replacement Surface Pro 2 I received from Microsoft after my original went crazy with the firmware update that was pulled. I just never got into using this much, as I prefer my MacBook Air. Honestly, I was just trying to satisfy my curiosity trying out Microsoft products - I have the Surface Pro 2, Lumia 1020 and Venue 8 Pro, and I'll be getting rid of them all as I'm deciding to stick with my Apple products for now.

Price: $1000

Carrier Locked or Unlocked?: Not applicable

Condition: Cosmetically, I'd rate this at least a 9/10. The screen is flawless without any scuffs, scratches or dings. The back edges and the kickstand have a few specs - I've tried to capture these on the photos. Also, the kickstand seems to have some discoloration/washout when looked at from a certain angle - I've captured this in the photos as well.

Includes: All original accessories and manuals in original box. The box it ships in will have a different serial number than the unit you receive because as mentioned earlier, Microsoft replaced my original unit with this. I will include the warranty replacement documentation if requested. Surface Pro 2 and included Type Cover 2 are under factory warranty until March 19, 2015.

Item Location: Houston, TX

Shipping Details: $15 for continental US. Email me for international rates.

Payment Options: PayPal, Chase Quick Pay or cash if you're in the Houston area.

What about the MS stuff didn't do it for you?
It's more of preference and simplicity. On my iPhone, for example, if someone emails or texts me with a date and time, I can just click on the date and it automatically launches the calendar app with the date and time so I can create an invite. On windows phone 8, I have to manually open the calendar app and go through the entire process. It's little things like that that bother me, but eventually, I think it's just mere preference.
