Thread title: (WTS/WTT) Acer Iconia W4 32 Gb Tablet

Need to add that, every once in a while, when the tablet goes to sleep, I have to long press the power button for 15 seconds to get it to turn back on. My Surface RT was prime to doing this too. I've read in the Acer forums that this is a common bug with the W4. There is a fix...going into control panel and fiddling with the sleep function, but I've never done that because the issue rarely happens. Also, since I've started using the leather case, the light sensor wakes up the tablet when I flip the case open, and the issue frequency has dropped dramatically. Anyway, forgot to add that in the description. Because of that, I'm dropping the price to $115.00.

I think this is what you're asking for though...W4 820 2668.

Yup. Okay I need to know if Tapatalk is available or not and if I can install XBMC on it or not. I mainly use these two programs on a tablet. Other minor use programs/apps would be Kindle for reading, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. I might just ditch my N7 and go all Windows...

Yep, I have Tapatalk installed on it right now.
I don't even know what XBMC is, but you should be able to install it. :) I've been using it just like you would....Netflix, Amazon, Kindle, etc. I have to say that I've been all Windows for quite a while, and I have no regrets. Just let me know if you're interested. I'll even include the 32Gb micro SD card that's in it. :)

Thanks. How is the battery life on this sucker?

I haven't performed any specific battery life tests on it, but with casual use like web browsing, Netflix, and gaming, I can get a couple of days out of it. Its standby battery life is very good. Streaming music, which is my runner up use for it, uses very little of the battery as well. Realistically, I think i could get around 6 to 7 hours out of it, give out take 30 minutes or so. I guess to sum it up, if you are going to use it to browse forums, watch movies, and listen to music, you'll be satisfied with the battery life. I've been impressed with it. Hope that helps. Sorry that i couldn't be more specific.

Just in case you might be interested in a bigger tablet, I'm about to put my mint HP Elitepad 900 with Expansion Jacket in the Marketplace as well.

Mods, please close this thread. The W4 has been having issues with recovery, and I don't feel comfortable selling it to anyone for fear that it not live up to expectations.
Thanks! :)
