I think a 10" tablet with a matte display, core m processor, 32 GB ROM & 4000 mAH battery will be sufficient to be used as a e book reader. This is the only practical use I can think of about Windows tablets. Anything else makes no sense at all to me.

Don't you think that UI is independent of other underlying components of the OS? If Microsoft wants they can make custom ROM for Android with an UI exactly similar to W10M.

I think launchers run as an application and hence they lag a bit & have limited feature set. If Windows 10 Mobile UI is implemented in custom ROM, the Android phone will feel like a Windows phone, except that it will have all the apps! I wonder why Microsoft is making one..
