    I don't think getting your AT&T Lumia 1520 to charge wirelessly with Qi is even possible, considering it uses the PMA standard.

    Soft reset means you just simply press (on/off)+(volume down) buttons together for about fifteen seconds and the device reboots. You won't lose any information.
