I bought two 950XLs for the wife and my self. BOTH of the phones have the same problem. No data, no MMS messaging (neither send nor receive). I have called ATT support twice and gone to their device support center once. [I have made an appointment at the Microsoft Store and they were no help...

Btw, ATT tech support has ZERO interest getting this to work. I don't know the unlocked phone paradigm will ever catch on in the US if this is the kind of crap hoops we have to jump through. [edit... if you are not on an ATT branded phone, they do not guarantee you will have a data connection...

I have called them multiple times and they assure me "you're on the list" and will get a phone in the 26th. What I don't know is how early I should be there. Will they be mobbed, due to people like me+ all the really black Friday deals?

I don't understand why everyone is so obsessed with the appearance of these phones. They have the best specs and features of any WP ever released. They push so many of my buttons I'd but them now if they were available.

I've been dealing with this since last night. It even happened on my fricken SURFACE PRO 3. I downloaded the "driver pack" but got an error trying to apply it that said "contact the author..." just shoot me.:crying:

I don't remember anyone holding a gun to my head and having me allow the integration. In fact, back in the wp7 days I remember going to the live.com web site and intentionally linking my account to facebook and twitter. Then with wp8.1, I remember the fb app asking if I wanted to integrate. NO...

I'm more concerned than frustrated. I want a flagship phone. The number of app vendors / banks/mlb, etc. pulling support really worries me.
