I was finally able to reboot my Lumia 1520 using the usual combination of clicking the side buttons and did a reset as well. All I need to do now is to find a replacement battery for the lumia because it keeps on dying even it is plugged in for charging. Thanks a lot.

I just used the Nokia Software Recovery Tool. The phone still not boot up at all. The program cannot detect the phone (cause it won't boot up).
