It is a good thing that there are so many options out there so we can all find what works best for each of us. I actually have had the opposite experience from you. The surface works much better for me. Unlike the ipad, I can actually set the surface on my lap without having to hold it up...

That happened to me, too. I went into settings for power on the desktop and changed the warning from 6 down to 5 and it works now for me.

Works well for me as well with Gmail. Why it is not turned on by default is not clear to me. One other tip I just figured out that others may not have yet: when in the email app you can swipe emails to select multiple emails to delete etc. Nice shortcut to mo ung, deleting, etc.

I just started playing around to see if I could find a way to do this. Looks like you can just tap the "Home" button on the type cover and it will take you to the top. Still wish there was a way to do it when the keyboard isn't pulled out.

I switched from an iPad to a surface and love it. The iPad browser used to always crash in me. One thing I miss though is being able to tap the top status bar and have the page jump to the top. With ie10 I have to scroll back up. Anyone know of any shortcut to get to the top of a page? Thanks...

I returned my 32gb for a 64gb instead. I forgot to bring the charger so they told me to keep it as an extra instead of making me give the new I w in my box. Pretty classy.
