I am not sure, if 3rd party apps can display battery usage. But with 8.1 we get an app called "battery sense" which will display battery usage of each app ;-)

Hey, I had that kind of problem with a Lumia 800 a year ago. You may try a specific key combination which is illustrated here: Nokia Lumia 920 hard reset. I needed a lot (like 25+) of tries, but it worked! No flashing, no fear of bricking the device ;-) Good luck, Marcel

I have an unlocked NL820 (Germany) and for me both Data Sense and FM radio is available, but I flashed the ROM manually almost two weeks ago ;-) Both is working perfectly :)
