I wondering if anyone has tasted to see if they get more battery by turning the display Hz (refresh rate) on their laptop or tablet down

I just think about the surface, Remember Microsoft took over most of the tablet market or should I say windows did, and Microsoft can easy come back with a new phone, but question is should it be android? or allow a android store, android basically copied windows that's how it got so big.

surface pro 3 is haswell, surface pro 4 is broadwell which is far more powerful then haswell. faster, better battery and more graphical power

It does work. I was running at about 35-49c as i said above. I don't do this because of updates on insider. make sure your min is at 5%, 10% or 20% and you max is 40 to 80, whatever you find works for you. use windows task manger to see your GHZ go up or down to see were you like it at. 1.4 ghz...
