Apart from the advertisements comparing 1020 with DSLRs, I do not believe anyone really takes this literally. RX100 in its latest flavor is almost 3 times the cost of a 1020. A second hand RX100 is a bit more expensive than a new 1020. And of course it has better optics/optical zoom. Lumia 1020...

In my opinion the 2 GB of ram will make it work for a long time with windows 10. It will get slower with the future updates and only some features requiring considerable more real time processing will cause trouble.

For me the most important thing for comparable quality devices is the sensor size...larger size means more light which translates to better quality. P900 might have a huge optical zoom and will of course provide very good pictures for very high magnifications. On the other hand though, Lumia...

The size of the sensor is more important than MP...even a 16 MP 1 inch sensor would give better photos than our phone (so long as the lenses is of the same quality).

After a road trip abroad, I can say that Here Drive+ is probably the best FREE software. And is probably the best overall as far as windows phone OS is concerned. The only reason I kept my android phone is to use it as a dedicated GPS device using a fully modded iGO with latest maps...Here...

Why would you run Dev Preview of Cyan when official denim has been deployed? A developer preview would only make sense if you wanted to try windows 10 currently. Roll out of the developer preview, install the latest official denim and you will see all you troubles go away...
