Hi, You need to go to your mail boxes, 'Manager accounts-change email sync setting- download email from' You need to change to either 3 days, 1 week or 2 weeks. Please note Setting mailbox to download emails from any time consumes the device memory. Sent from mTalk

Hi, I have the same problems since they introduced focused inbox! Hard resetting as not helped. I suspect contact sync is not working properly hence the reason why contacts are disappearing. I am hoping the problem shall be fixed by ms in the next update for outlook. Regards, Sent from mTalk

Actually the phone shows the card under file Explorer but it can not open it because it is bitlocker encrypted. The only way to reuse the card is to reset the micro sd card using your pc- special software required. Regards, Sent from mTalk
