I have had no luck whatsoever in connecting a device to the 920 through Internet Sharing on AT&T. I have tried two laptops (Win 7 and 8), three iPhones (3GS, 4, 4S), iPad (3rd generation), Nook Color, and a Kindle Fire. All of these see the connection, however when it connects it will connect...

Disable data over 3G if you have wifi access, or if you don't have wifi access, disable all live tiles, disable Facebook integration, disable GPS features, disable automatic backup and uploading pics to Skydrive.

Ok so I just reconnected my phone to Facebook (through people) and in the last 15 minutes (while sitting in standby) has dropped 3% without being connected to wifi, and no other services running in the background, except Weather (didn't experience any drop with this running).

I agree, but since it is the number one selling smartphone...it is going to be hard to pass.

I agree (apps part). The billion+ possible Windows 8 licenses will help too since if a developer will make one for the Windows Store (including RT), they will have a great opportunity with Windows Phone 8 as well.

I too used mine yesterday with no issues. This is odd, because more than likely all BoA is using is an API, so it is not actually modifiying anything in ths OS that would cause it to stop working in the Camera app itself.

I have had two phones delivered by AT&T (both iPhones) in the past year and neither needed a signature and were both shipped FedEx. Tracking info on FedEx.com will usually always state "Signature Required" if it is needed. You could also contact AT&T and they could let you know if the order...

Like others, mine too has shipped and my order was at 12:01 am through AT&T Premier. My wireless (black) charger is also still in processing.

I believe AT&T CS is far better than AT&T Premier CS, they are horrible. Almost two hours on the phone with Premier Support/Escalation and no resolution, then as a last ditch effort they transferred (more like dumped me with no explaination to the CS rep) to AT&T CS and they found a resolution...

12:01am, card authorized for full amount (wrong amount though), out of pre-order status and into processing. I got the black 920.

I think is depends. Per their website online orders can be returned to an AT&T store. But I went to a AT&T owned store (not authorized) and they refused to take a phone back, stated I had to do it through the mail.
