And if they work, they work too much... Often, contacts in my Inner Circle don't break through... I just see the notifications much later with a "during quiet hours" indicator. When I delete all contacts from my inner circle and re add them, it works again for some time, but you never know how...

Well you just could go back to 8.1 where everything works fine for you and wait a few more months before upgrading to 10 again in the hope bugs will get ironed out until then. Why change a working system without the need to do so?

I opened a case with Amazon.co.uk (where I bought it) for my Band 1 regarding the bubbling of the charging port and rest of build quality this week. They give me a refund so I just ordered the Band 2 for the money (plus the 30 Pound difference) from them.

An app only appears in the notification settings AFTER the first time it fired a notification. So that might be the reason you don't see it there as there was not yet a calendar alarm. For me, Outlook Calendar is shown there.

The thing is that the maps app uses the built-in Cortana voice for announcing directions. This is going to the hands free 'path' as you call it since WP 8.1 was released. Also annoys me as hell since they changed it.

I really really like ProShot! If only I could access it even faster. I hope someday Microsoft will show some good attitude and let us set ProShot as default camera for the camera button!

Yup, have the same issue on my 830 ( though German CV). But it only seems to happen in old Silverlight apps for me, so might be a bug in the runtime. Changelog for 10586.29 stated better compatibility for 8.1 Silverlight apps, but seems we're not fully there yet.

Seems to be a general issue with Windows 10. Also on my 1520 and 830 after Glance has been updated to the new W10 version, it doesn't move around anymore.

Same for me. It seems to be a bug in the Windows Camera app, however, not in Photos Plugin. When I use Lumia Camera Beta (which still can be installed on the 1520) Rich Capture without flash works fine. It seems that Windows Camera just doesn't properly create the HDR image.

This is something I noticed over the last couple of days, too... Out of nowhere all apps need a good 30 seconds or so on first start after a reboot. This issue wasn't present directly after the upgrade to 10536, but only appeared recently. For now I'm back to 8.1 on my 1520.

And not even a good or recent one I'd assume... All the live tiles are still from 8.1, not the W10 versions, you can see this especially for the maps & mail apps, also store & calendar.

Besides, they already stated multiple times that Windows Phone 8.1 users can upgrade for free without any limitation to only a few select devices. It's very strange that they publish such a list right now.

You should not forget however, that since 10240 we are all using the release build. There will be still a few updates before the 29th, I'm sure. But as OP stated there are so many problems still, that if Microsoft doesn't manage to release updates Big time in the next 4 days, it will be a mess...
