Wow -- not a bad purchase for someone looking to have one last link to Windows Mobile. I feel kind of bad for anyone who purchased at retail or paid more than $399 for a used one over the last few months.

Second this. HP considers the X3 to be "AT&T Certified" but this doesn't mean that it's compatible with every AT&T feature. FWIW, HD voice was also a non-starter on T-Mobile. No VoLTE function on either US carrier.

My experience after the update has been similar but not a big deal since battery life actually seems better.... Just being measured a little bit differently.

Odd, not sure if you have the standard wireless charger or the wireless fast charger, but the fast charger (the flat, disc shaped one -- not that stand-up one) works perfectly fine with the x3 for me.

My total battery life does seem similar, just being accounted for a bit differently now. After my phone dropped to 80% in a matter of 30 minutes I then installed today's update and watched an hour of videos on YouTube with only a 10% battery loss... All done on mobile data too. Kind of weird.

Kind of weird. The consensus among us x3 users here and on the Microsoft forums has been that T-Mobile is troublesome. Maybe restoring from backup also permanently restored a registry entry like I am having to manually edit.
