Rogers Lumia 920, unlocked on Wind, updated today at 4PM

How does it work for someone like me who bought a phone from Rogers on launch, and recently unlocked it to jump ship to Wind? It's still Rogers-branded. Are we clumped in with the Rogers folks, or a special pile of rejects?

I use Scorecenter. I use it for hockey (NHL) and football (MLS, Bundesliga, Premier, SuperLiga, Primera Liga). It works pretty good within its limitations, and the toasts come in handy for sure.

I think it may be based on when you set your phone up. For the first few months, my updates came in at 4:30PM EST (Toronto). However, I manually flashed to the 1308 Rogers firmware at 1AM when it was on the Nokia servers, and since then my updates have been coming in around midnight (which makes...

Mine works. I just need to make sure I open the app (then close it) after I reboot the phone, or it won't give me toasts and realtime livetile updates. Only had to reinstall to fix other apps having this problem.

I decided to flash mine anyway. Rogers firmware. Comes with the Storage Check app installed by default.

Applications and everything. I've changed settings on most of my apps, and it's probably not worth the effort. Unless I can find a way to save those, too. Should also note, for RM-820, no firmware is up for AT&T, only Rogers and Tigo.

Rogers firmware is up on the Nokia Care Suite, but I think I may wait. I really don't feel like have having all the setting reset.

I use MusicBee with the default settings (I prefer my tags updated), but there IS an option to store locally. Just need to uncheck the option. Many programs are like this (eg, Foobar2000 as my main music player)

You're wanting gapless playback, and WP has never had it :( It's the only one feature I want. Sucks, because the old Zune MP3 players were gapless, so don't know why they dropped the ball on WP.
