Change the 'Touch' settings to 'Normal' and check if the problem appears. If so, then need to submit it to Nokia Care ( they will change the hardware buttons and it will take around 14 days.)

Hi.. Change the display settings to normal and it should work. If not, then, guess u need to contact the Nokia Care store immediately.

Hi, I am also facing the same issue. Changed the 'Settings > display + Touch' sensitivity to 'Normal' and the problem no longer appeared. But whenever you change the settings back to 'Super sensitive', the issue will re-occur. Rakesh
