honestly i called nokia and i got really mad and told them the story and they sent me to a specialized team. also, emailing the CEO (like many people suggested before me) got me a replay from someone high up there and they said they would personally over see the problem and why i had to return...

i suppose. i'd be extremely interested with someone digging deeper and seeing if there is actually a difference in the CPU (something like the samsung s4 and the HTC one. same family but the S4 has a slightly modified chip hence why it's the only snapdragon 600 running at 1.9 vs the reg 1.7)...

But most gsm phones that have a cdma counter part are only like an hour or two less in talk times. Inbreeding to see someone put those numbers to test though.

He also wants a keyboard and neither of those have that. Also, both the phones you mentioned have Xbox music not zune.

how are you sure it's not pentile? and ya sure the blacks i get but during phone calls? 920 and 928 screens would be off so how does that explain the double talk time? btw technically even OLED has a small current running through the screen (even when black) to allow for faster ramp up on...
