Bfdez, if you had your administrator check the allow non provisional devices that basically bypasses all the policies set. Most Exchange administrators would never do this.

If you were able to connect with WP7 then your company doesn't enforce encryption at all and you will have no issues connecting your WP8 device.

I am pretty disappointed that the NFC chips seems to only connect your phone to the speaker if you already have Bluetooth on. I was really hoping to be able to program the chip to do things like turn on/off WiFi and other settings.

Have to agree with most of that. I love the "steel" color but it makes email almost impossible since you can barely tell which ones are unread.
