Microsoft Pay teams up with Masterpass

Microsoft Pay still isn't in Canada or any of the former-british countries (UK, India, Australia). Microsoft Wallet was introduced in 2014 and never came to anyone outside of United States so I don't have much hope for the newer Pay system either.

Why developers are not ready to invest their time for the Windows 10 mobile app development?

A couple of competitors such as Samsung, Sharp, and Mitusbishi are attempting at dual display devices but are also postponing theirs' till later in 2019. Judging by who makes phone screens it might make sense why there is a delay.

Any chance Microsoft will adopt 120Hz screen technology for Surface?

The Surface Book and Surface Pro do not have it and Microsoft may not implement it asap. It is still rumoured that the Surface Laptop has it.
