sadly that was never going to work as I didn't have his login to reset the phone via the desktop software so a hard reset was my only option and that's somehow borked the phone. is there anyway to fix this ?? right now it's just constantly rebooting to that screen and no more than that

A friend borrowed my 8s and passcoded it and he's in the states so I tried a hard reset and now just this can anyone help ?? netio.sys is now apparently missing and I cannot get it to boot up
