I like the Focus but the reason I decided to go with the Surround is mainly because of the weight. When I have a phone that is light weight and made mainly of plastic that is a problem for me. Other then that I like the phone.

Call Customer service at 1 800 331 0500 and have them check to make sure all the appropriate data features are adeded on. That is the issue that I have run into that for one reason or another a needed feature has been taken off.
