Yea, same issue here. Is this related to the latest firmware release? Have this since I got a replacement from Nokia and installed the latest firmware. Not sure if it is the firmware or phone but the previous one did not had this problem.

I had to return my phone 2 weeks ago, done by nokia online repair. Took them 7 days to send me a replacement, can't say anything bad about that... excellent service. Either way, you have to send back yours first.

Yea I've done that. The problem is that it does not find the phone no matter what I try. No new device comes up but I can hear the windows sound of a connecting USB device, however nothing happens on the phone, no vibration or whatever... I keep on trying, it seems to restart but I can't...
