I don't know if this work around has been posted or not, but this is how I fixed the duplicate track problem. When I first got my 920 phone I used the "drag and drop" method to load my music much like the Droid X, I soon discovered that I was getting duplicate tracks in my music listing in Nokia...

I have tried using Nokia music do delete music, it does not like to. I have used windows explorer and manually deleted the music. When it shows to gone I try to reload, now I have 4 of everything. Damn it already, its on certain albums too. Uninstalling Nokia music and reinstalling does not work...

I agree totally, I get pissed when I open Nokia music and find duplicate tracks. Kinda spoils the mood. I like my music just so. Seems every music app I try does the same thing. What's the deal.

Hello to all, made the move from Iphone & DroidX to WP8. Best move I ever made. So sick of icons, widgets. Jailbroke my Iphone to be able to customize it. The Lumina 920 is such a cool experience. Hope to learn a lot from the forums. Take care to all, LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!!
