Yesterday I played golf.
2 times same 9 hole course.
Because golf aplications dont support golf courses in my country, i use for first course excercise workout.

here is information about it:

second same couse i play without starting excercise, just in normal mode.
First course was from 10:14 to 12:10
Second course was from 12:15 to 14:00

so.. band count for first course 1363 calories. And for second SAME activity (but without using excercise mode) something around 320 kalories !!!!!

And also my heart rate was total different....

I dont know that is normal or ok but i dont think so.

Sorry fo my english :)

Sure it is rather strange... I think B2 is more sensitive whilst it's on exercise mode... But I am not hundred percent sure.

However, I don't think any activity tracker is totally accurate with there measurements.. Whether it is calories, steps or in particular heart rate.

As you might recall 5/6 years ago we got the best out of our bodies, playing Golf, Running or weights training without having a band around our wrists... I only had a note book to write up my weights.

I believe, at least for the next few years all these bands will be just symbols of our economic and social status or occasionally a discussion initiation triggers. Until they become truly integrated to our health insurances.

So mean time, I just look at my health app and marvel my body"s achievements, post them on to my Facebook hoping one day when I am 99 years old.. I can look back and.... YES marvel my body"s achievements.
