Is anyone else having issues with the Microsoft Band Sync for the desktop? My band shows up under the device manager when I plug in the USB cable to my band so I know the computer knows its there but the application just reads "Your Microsoft Band is not connected....Please plug in your band". Ive also tried on 3 different computers and spent over an hour with Tech support with no answers (They said they will call me back this week after some research). I'm concerned because as far as I can tell firmware updates will only happen using this application.
