Lumia 532 - "Upgrade isn't available"

Hi All,

I have a pre-paid Microsoft Lumia 532 - it's locked to Telstra. I am continually running the official upgrade advisor app, but I always get the same message - "The Windows 10 upgrade isn't available for your phone at the moment."
What do I do???

it's locked to Telstra

this is the reason, i suggest you to reach out to Telstra and enquire about the availability of update.

usually software updates are at the mercy of telecom operators in locked devices
