Why does my phone update show error0x8024a213?

phone update shows error0x8024a213

After updating my Lumia 540 from 8.1 to 10,if I check my phone update it shows error 0x8024a213 and if I try to download an application from store it shows error and failed to download.

only thing I can think of is check time, time zone, date and region - if they're okay, then do a soft reset
If that doesn't work - then you'll have to do a factory reset
