Windows 7 PC can't recognise new Lumia 650 Mobile.

"Add a device" link from Control Panel remains blank

Download and extract this utility: View any installed/connected USB device on your system

Inside the folder, right click the .exe and "Run as Admin"

Delete any drivers marked Lumia or Nokia.

Plug the phone in to USB and let a fresh set of drivers install.
