How add other accounts like LinkedIn in 950 xl?

In WP 8.1, I can add accounts such as LinkedIn into account setting, but now seems like no way to do it except adding emails accounts.
I have several contacts are synced from LinkedIn, now they are missing.
I also tried to use transfer my data app to transfer contacts from my old 920, but it's not working, only giving me error message. Maybe it's due to both phones are named as windows phone in Bluetooth connection?

windows 10 is very app-driven versus a lot of "built in" functionality that was the basis of 8/8.1 (for better or worse). I haven't tried linked in specifically but other things like facebook require the app to be installed before you can link the contacts that you had in 8.1.

Update
LinkedIn still had sync contacts issues, when I clicked sync contact in LinkedIn app, it turned into email/account setting page and did nothing. Facebook app can sync my contacts successfully, not sure if it's windows or LinkedIn app issue.

Same thing here. Takes you to a dead end. I guess Linkedin needs to update its app?
