950xl camera and head phone issues require suggestion

my mobile 950XL( DS ) is completely updated with the latest available build and all apps are up to date

BUT

When i take picture with any type of setting even HDR and Flash is off still after take shot picture saved as multiple image for example if i take a single snap then i enter in photos and found single snap saves as 3 snap or picture then i have to delete other 2

AND

with headphone if any type of media is running and i receive a call i couldn't hear a voice also other side can't hear me either if there is no media running every thing work fine to receive call when i am listing any media i have to unplug head jack first then receive call also if there is no media or call for half an hour everything work fine i can receive or make call but the timing should be 30mint or restart a device to make it work right away or disconnect headphone then make call ( ALSO I LIKE TO MENTION I DIDN'T SEE THIS PROBLEM WITH BLUETOOTH ) Bluetooth off or on wifi on off or any other setting changed nothing

ANY TYPE OF HELP IS APPRECIATED
OR SHOULD I ASK MICROSOFT TO CHANGE MY DEVICE
