Cortana too loud on Bluetooth

Hi all
I use the phone for music and as a satnav when on the motorcycle connected to my helmet via Bluetooth.I have a microphone and when I get a text I can reply to it or use cortana to change albums,now the problem is cortana is distorted,possibly too loud and when she is reading out texts she's almost difficult to understand,anyone else had this problem ,is there an independent volume setting for cortana .The music is on full volume on the phone and helmet headset and becomes difficult to listen to at speeds over 75 due to wind noise but is good at lower speeds and I can turn the volume down on the helmet

I use BT too. Seems Cortana's volume is the same as the music for me, no distortion unless there is a bad connection. Try turning your volume down, if you can. Use the pull down arrow to adjust separate volume controls.
