HELP - Rear camera won't focus and front camera has stopped working

Pls someone.
My front facing camera stopped working a while ago, and now in the last 2-3 weeks my rear (main) camera won't focus properly.

I'm not sure if this is an update big with an easy work around, or if it is a separate issue.

I love my 950XL (on Telstra in Oz) and after using several and android phones I had ro get back onto Microsoft OS (Microsoft cannot here).

If anyone can help that would be amazing!

Hi, first of all I would try a soft reset (hold volume down and power buttons until phone vibrates/restarts).
Failing that I would be looking to do a hard reset.
Lastly would be the Windows Device Recovery Tool, to reset your phone.

If you still cannot get the camera's working then you are looking at a hardware fault.

The rear camera issue seems to be plaguing a lot of people on the Creator's Update, 950XL and 950 as well. Hopefully they can fix it quickly, no amount of resets (soft or hard) seem to fix it, and the latest builds still have the issue.
