I have to roll back from the Redstone builds, but I have a question for those who have done this before.
If I backup my data and do a restore on the current production releases of Windows Mobile 10, will all my applications be returned in working condition? I have 2 applications in mind and they are Good Mobile & RSA Token.
Both of those apps are tied to work accounts and the process to delete my license and request a new one is a tedious one. My manager is on PTO and she has to approve the delete of my license and then the request for a new license. Also, in order to get the RSA token working, I have to hunt down 1 specific guy who can enable tokens on Windows Phone/Mobile. As you can see, my company loves Android and iOS, not so much love for Windows Mobile.
So, has anyone with either of these applications performed a restore before?
I have to admit, I did not intend to be in the Redstone branch and left my phone in the Fast Ring. I saw an update and rolled with it as I had done previously, no realizing I hadn't moved to the slow or release preview ring. So yea, my mistake is the reason I want to get out of the Redstone builds for now (not stable enough for a daily driver in my case).
