No WhatsApp notification on new Lumia 950

I've set up my new Lumia 950 yesterday and downloaded the latest WhatsApp from the store. I get no notification for any chats. It's been enables in the app and background apps is on as well for WhatsApp. No battery saver either. But I get no notification for WhatsApp at all

Anyone experiencing this on Lumia 950?

No issues here.....i just hard reset my lumia 950

I've disabled and enabled notifications for WhatsApp in settings and it seem to be working now.

I am definitely NOT getting notification on three different phones: 640XL, 1520 and 950XL In addition, I am also not getting notification on Skype Preview and other messaging apps. This is really annoying and I have no clue who is at fault: the apps or the latest WM10 build.

I have tried all settings so far and none has worked. Really wish someone could help, someone who actually has experienced the issue, know what's happening, or has resolved the issue.

Try reset WhatsApp setting, and turn on/off notification in windows setting menu

Yes I had this once. No doubt there can be numerous causes but in my case I had to factory reset the phone, nothing whatsoever I tried worked.

I have this issue recently how can surface phone help Microsoft if they cannt get WhatsApp perfectly working?
