Today while watching movie "Arrow" (season 1, episode 11), started after 13 minute, I noticed the following scene

I don't know any Windows Phone with this kind of "call menu" or system tray. Maybe this is a secret promotion of new version or update of Windows Phone ? If yes, then I will happy to have such an update. How do you think what this image can mean ?
And at the end of movie there is a title: "The Promotional Consideration Provided by Microsoft".

Looks like they've just shopped in a call screen in post production. Seen it done before with texts etc that don't match the phone OS

In some TV shows they like to put Android phones up with iPhone screen for texts and calls. Looks like Windows Phone is now getting the same treatment with putting up a mismatched call screen. Not sure what OS that comes from.

Looks like someone did a CGI insert after the scene was shot with some pseudo-generic call screen.

Its a picture on the phone... notice the 3 small dots on the bottom right of the screen. Talk about lazy!
