I NEED YOUR HELP! My 8X is stuck at boot-up!

So I tried the "Shrink Storage" app, and when I was gonna restart it, it got stuck in the boot-up stage! It's said HTC - Quietly Brilliant for over 15 minutes now! What should I do????:crying:

OK, so now I got past the boot-up, but now the whole system is messed up! I tried opening the app again, but it froze...

And now I tried a soft-reset... It's dead! Can't boot it up...

Try a soft reset (Volume Down + Power for about 10 seconds), and if that doesn't work, do a Factory Reset (Volume Down + Power + camera for longer). Doing a factory reset will wipe your device, so don't do that unless you have no other choice. also, don't do it if you have important stuff on your phone.

Nothing works, not soft reset, nor hard reset...

At that point, it's probably about time to take it to HTC, if there is any support in your area. .

I'm personally having a display issue with my Lumia 920, and have no reasonable way to get support, apart from asking around these forums with no useful answers.. Nearest support in India, but that'll cost me as much as a new phone to get there. .
