How to get pinned Web Page shortcut on apps screen to open with Metro Browser

Is there any way to get a website I have pinned in the app or start screen to open using the Metro touch browser rather than the desktop version?

Also is there any way to pin sites using the Metro browser as I currently have to switch to desktop view to see the "pin" option. Which of course means it will open in the desktop version too.

The Microsoft Windows 8.1 site shows a pin option next to the new tab + symbol but I don't see that in my browser view.

Ok. |So I have found how to get the Pin icon to show in the Metro browser but I can only pi to the start screen. If I try to move or remove the pin from the start screen it is also removed in the apps screen. Any way top prevent this?
