Batteryreport Out of Memory error

Trying to run powercfg /batteryreport on my Surface 2 and it keeps coming back out of memory. I've restarted the system and still am receiving the error. I've also tried running cmd as admin and it still is giving the error. Anyone know what could be the problem? I have run this report in the past without problems.

Well, did a refresh and now it is working again. Better yet I freed up 7gb of space! Forgot that doing that once in a while wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

*After re-installing all the updates I ended up only gaining back 1gb of space. Wow, that's a lot of HD space for updates!
