Outlook 16 no longer opening

I opened my outlook this morning fine. Closed teh SB bright to office and now it says can't open outlook.com.ost file. The default mail program is still working. I can't even find where to remove and reinstall the program. I have office 365 and it took quite a bit of time to get my out setup. This is very frustrating that it would just suddenly stop working for no reason!

Any ideas on a fix for this? Has anyone else had this on the SB?

Well I use Outlook 2016 but not 365 the local version. I'm not having any issues. I found this online.

I had to go online to my 365 and tell it to reinstall and it appears to have fixed it. I have the desktop version for 2016 64 bit, but just use 365 as I have onedrive with it.

I use office and save locally and to Onedrive as a backup.
