So a week ago i started noticing weird behaviour on my SP3.It kept turning off and as something comepletely new there's a quick white flash at boot up.

So, now as i went into it a bit more, i noticed that my Sleep (And hibernate) options are missing. They're simply just... well, gone!

I am so tired off automated bulls%%% on every single platform. Why can't i keep my settings like this?

Does anyone know what it is and why, it obviously came in with an update of sorts, but why and how the F%%% do i get rid of it???

PLZZZ!!!!

1.White flash on boot is normal after installing the recent firmware update.
2.Did you turned in Hyper-V ?Or did you set CsEnabled to 0 in the registry? These would turn off connected standby and you'll lose the sleep option.

I didn't even have the new firmwre untill today.

Anyhow problem is solved. Hyper V was activated by Visual Studio (for some reason), after i turned it off it now works as before. Thank you!

Is normal or is a common bug?
Normal. Everyone with a SP3 that is on the current firmware is experiencing the same thing. There is no way to go backwards in the firmware versions, in case you are wondering.
