    I've attached this picture of the start screen. When i drop down to the lower screen it says install below each app that has one of these arrows. I cannot figure out how to do this????Click image for larger version.

    This is probably a fresh install of 8.1. You based this install on another device so it's telling you that these apps are on that other device. If you click on them it will start to download them. If you don't want them on this device you can just delete them. Hope this helps!

    Thank You. I only have a Z10 so i don't think i have any windows store apps on that.....i use the apps regularly so its more of an annoyance than anything.....
    I'll keep looking but thanks again......
