Same issue here - now 5x in 2 years. Just received identical replacement. Previous units sent to TX lab for analysis with results requested, but no reply. AGAIN, Microsoft demanded photos and additional info during online chat with Microsoft site agent lasting over one hour. "File should show each prior incident." NOT BENDING OF CORD or WEAR. This is a Sub-Contractor provided defective component which has been initially supplied and used as replacement throughout by a negligent company! Ask Elon Musk about his most recent SpaceX launch failure. He assumed "FULL RESPONSIBILITY". Surface Escalation Team, similarly, plays dumb. Must someone suffer significant property damage, bodily injury or loss of life before this matter is acknowledged and corrected? The U.S. Consumer Protection Agency will be sent this last charger and updates/ findings will be posted here and elsewhere. Class-Action everyone?
