Surface Pro on W10, keyboard issue

So when i want to select the keyboard in the task bar lower right.
it brings up a window, that asks whether i want to scribe, or pick a keyboard style.

i would rather it just come up with my default keyboard.

How do i set the keyboard, so it acts like it did in W8.1 ?
