Desktop power user menu

Right clicking the lower left hand corner of the desktop brings up the power user menu. Anyone know how to bring that menu up if I don't have the keyboard attached?

Just go to search from the charms bar and search for power and click on settings below the search bar, and you can choose power options/plans there to open up in desktop mode. Took me a while to find this also.
