few weeks ago, we had a thread asking the future of surface with rt.
But things has changed, rapidly since then.
rt desktop has been hacked. see
x86 open source apps are being recompiled with success. see
a compiled apps appstore has been made. see
even an alpha app that will enable the full use of x86 app been released. see
a tool was also released that auto updates flash whitelist. see

so back to the question now, what is the future of winRT, in your own opinions. heres what i ve been doing today on mine.

I will only jailbrake my RT if they get bluestacks to run on it. Then we could have Android apps on the Surface. :)

welcome to the world of malware, poor performance, frequent crashes, and the like.....and don't come back here complaining when your Surface suffers from all of those things.

It is pretty bold that a professional website like WPCentral would allow threads like this to exist that go against Microsoft sanction. What's next, torrents of hacked Store apps?
