I tag and organize all my photos with Windows Essentials Photo Gallery, which will not run on Windows RT. Does anyone know of an app or some other means to tag and organize photos with Surface RT? When I go on trips it would be very handy to be able to edit, tag and organize photos with my Surface on the plane ride home.

I'm bumping this thread instead of creating a new one because my questions is similar. I'm not looking so much for organization, but just a way to do basic editing of an image or photo. I see Lightroom is available, and I use that on my desktop machine at times. But has anyone found a good free alternative? Or something that's not 10 bucks? I don't mind paying $10.00 for Lightroom, but it's way more than what I need in an app.

After taking another look, it's just an app to teach you how to use it. Basically a scam for 9.99. Back to my search I guess.

I use fhotoroom for editing. It's really a nice app for that. Can't say about the organizing and tagging though.

I, too, would like to know of a more robust photo editor. Fhotoroom is much more limited than what I'm used to.
