8.1 app stuck being installed

I have just updated to 8.1. I has to wipe then update so have been installing all my apps. Found if I selected in the store apps not installed on this pc it would list but if i selected all to install they just sat there pending. I ended up doing one at a time. I have one app siting that hasn't installed and has the 'fuel gauge' showing but I can't uninstall it or get it to finish installing. Any idea how I can fix

There's a few issues with Store apps getting stuck/failing to install.
You can try running wsreset.exe from an Adminstrator command prompt (that clears the store cache and relaunches it). You can also try disabling the Store service, deleting the contents of the Download Programs folder in C:\Windows, reboot, re-enable the service and try again.
