So on day 2 of my new Surface RT purchase, I can appreciate how much the Tegra 3 is being pushed. However, it seems pretty easy to bog this sucker down when browsing the web. For those of you who have 8.1 whether it be the preview or RTM, is there any increase in performance overall? Has RT been optimized more for the Tegra chip?

IE11 is better at handling resource heavy sites, but overall not much else has been "optimized" as far as I have been able to tell (been using 8.1 RTM on my Surface RT since early last week). As I recall, nvidia are supposedly developing improved drivers for the Tegra 3 chip for Surface. If/when we will be able to get those, who knows.
