What color did you all get that are receiving shipping notices? I wonder if they're literally unboxing all black, shipping, then all white, shipping, etc?

More likely, order time is what determines it. Like a "first come, fist serve" approach.

no, I preordered on the 16th and people that preordered on the 17th are getting shipment email

If that were true, I would have already received it. I'm in Texas and it looks like that's where they're shipping from.

Actually, I didn't order until the 17th, after Microsoft (and Simplex) canceled my order for no reason. That's why I figured I hadn't received a shipping notice yet.

Mine just shipped, I ordered a black one on the 16th, around 7:30 PM. Coming from Forth Worth, Texass!

EDIT: mine was ordered through premier as well. To Ohio.

I ordered a Black 1020 just after midnight on the 16th.
Checked my ATT account a few times today, and it has finally shipped! Expected arrival is Thursday at 4:30pm EST.

AT&T Premier had all three colors when I ordered. That's how early I was. Not shipped, or charged yet.....

Also curious about the case. I ordered in store and they had no idea what the charging case was but I need one.
