I was watching this review of the 1020 (on AT&T obv) and I noticed that when she pulled up the theme color tiles, there was no cobalt. Instead there was another purple variation.
What gives?

Could it be cobalt?

The colours all look washed out and a lot lighter in that picture than they really are. Maybe the colour in row 2 column 2 really is cobalt, not some variation of purple.

That is very odd. Have you tried asking Nokia on their facebook/twitter? I'd be interested in the answer if it has been removed and it's not just a picture with a strange washed out effect like Laura said.

One of the carriers down here (Telstra) has their own live tile color.

It's another variant of blue, but i don't mind.

Yeah Verizon in the USA has its own color, some red trash.

BTW, as mentioned, 1020 does have cobalt. Not sure what that pic was from, but the cobalt color was glitched out to look purple.

I've seen the Verizon red and i actually don't mind it.

Well i guess that's because the tile colour is unavailable down here.

I guess I'd rather have a better screen, out of the box, rather than having to change the screen settings to look good. :D

I can argue the 1020 has a much better screen than the 920. Out of the box, side by side, anyone would choose the 1020 screen. It is stunning, just like the 928. 920 screen is good, but 1020 is Better. Even the amoled haters would agree.
